ADVANCEMENT

We provide advancement education programmes to elite female athletes, globally to ensure that they are equipped with the tools they need to grow their personal brand and drive their commercial value.

ACTIVATIONS

We design meaningful activations between brands, rights holders, properties and athletes, typically around major calendar moments that gives the athlete greater visibility.

CONSULTATION

We work with some of the worlds most respected Leagues, Federations and Brands on maximising their women's sports investments and assets by utilising female athlete influence.

OUR ATHLETE EVENTS

Introducing our brand new series of Endorsement Game | Events.

In 2022, we piloted 3 athlete in-person events, including one in partnership with adidas to help us shape our work to inform and unite athletes and global brands in women's sport. With the success of, and learnings from those UK based events, we have launched our official global event series, specifically designed by female athletes, for female athletes. The events aim to give female athletes the tools they need to build their personal brand and drive their commercial value. Our Female Athlete Collective members can attend our events, by invitation only.

TARGET CHANGE - BRINGING A MESSAGE TO LIFE

RUTH MWANDUMBA

British Shooter, Ruth Mwandumba came to us with a written spoken word piece that she wanted to share with the world. We engaged with British Shooting & Ruth's sponsor, ELEY, and produced a hard-hitting film, shot in an abandoned warehouse in Bolton, UK. Ruth's message was seen by millions around the world and attracted the attention of the national media. The film was the catalyst for a new British Shooting initiative called 'Target Change' aimed at increasing diversity in their sport. Our film was featured on BBC Sport and other channels.

NATIONAL MEDIA INVITATIONS

TAMARA TAYLOR & HELEN WARD

Former England International Rugby Player, Tamara Taylor is a part of our Female Athlete Collective and attended our athlete event in partnership with adidas. Following our event, WSA founder, Jordan Guard invited Tamara to feature on BBC Radio London's Women's Sport Show, live on air. Tamara then became a regular phone in expert-guest on the show.

We also invited Welsh International Footballer, Helen Ward to feature on the same radio show to support her in building her off-field profile.
